# The Condor Way > Evidence-informed EFT tapping, grounding and somatic practices for adults. The site is available in English and Spanish. Last updated: 2026-08-27 ## What The Condor Way offers The Condor Way offers guided EFT tapping, grounding, sensory orientation and gentle movement for moments when the body reacts before a person knows what to do. Resources are organized by situation, intensity and time available. Visitors can pause, adjust or stop any practice. The current website includes a free two-minute grounding practice. Additional videos, printable guides, practice collections, courses and guided programs are in preparation. ## What EFT tapping is Emotional Freedom Techniques, usually called EFT tapping, combines focused attention, language and rhythmic tapping on acupressure points. It also draws on cognitive and exposure techniques. The Condor Way presents EFT as a complementary wellbeing and learning practice, not as a universal solution. ## Evidence position - Recent systematic reviews and meta-analyses report favorable results for anxiety, distress and stress, especially compared with no intervention. - Research on trauma-related symptoms is encouraging, but EFT is not established as a first-line treatment for PTSD in the 2023 VA/DoD clinical practice guideline. - Researchers continue to study what the tapping component contributes, how long changes last and how EFT compares with established treatments. - Research describes patterns across groups. Individual response determines fit, pace and intensity. - The evidence section was reviewed on 2026-08-27 and links directly to primary research and clinical guidance. ## Method The Condor Way follows seven decisions: notice, orient, explore, choose, practice, reevaluate and integrate. The aim is not to force a particular feeling. It is to notice more clearly and recover enough room to choose a next step. ## Founder Hannah Anteparra is the founder, communicator, educator and facilitator behind The Condor Way. She studies the research behind each practice and translates it into clear educational resources for adults without turning findings into promises.
